Information

If your weight exceeds 100 kg, please inform us in advance when booking the tour. The airplanes and helicopters have load and center limit, so passengers who weight more than 100 kg are charged for extra comfort. This fee depends on the type of excursion. 

Once the booking has been confirmed, the tourist must make a 20 % prepayment of the tour or pay the full tour cost within 24 hours.  
The final tour cost is paid no later than 3 days before the tour begins.

If you fill in an application on the day of the tour, the company can confirm the requested air tour if there are free seats on the plane / helicopter and if you pay the total tour cost at the moment of booking.  
The booking can be changed or cancelled without penalty at least 24 hours before departure.

If the passenger cancels the tour less than 24 hours before departure, he reimburses the company for 50% of the excursion total cost.

In case of no-show less than 20 minutes before departure, the passenger is not allowed to the tour, the cost of the tour is not refunded.    

In case of non-flying weather on the day of your tour, the tour will be postponed to another day convenient for you or the full cost of your excursion will be refunded. 

 

If you want to book your individual route, you must additionally inform about it.

After receiving your request, the company confirms within 24 hours the possibility of your tour and its cost.  
Once the booking has been confirmed, the tourist makes a 20 % prepayment of the tour cost or pays the full tour cost within 24 hours.  
The final cost of the individual tour is paid no later than 10 days before it starts. 

If the tourist cancels the individual tour for any reason less than 5 days before departure, the tourist reimburses the company for all the actual costs borne by the company, as well as 20% of the total tour cost.  
If the tourist cancels the individual tour for any reason less than 24 hours before departure, the tourist reimburses the company for all the actual costs borne by the company, as well as 50% of the total tour cost.  
In the case of no-show 20 minutes before departure, the tourist is not allowed to the tour, the tour cost is not refunded.

 

All participants must have a passport or any other identity document.
Children from the age of 10 can participate in a tour only with their parents or other legal representatives.  
Children at the age of 14 are allowed to participate in the excursions. 

 

Things necessary for a flight: 

Air tour is an exciting adventure!  
A camera or a video camera, shooting is welcome during the flight.  

For our air tour we recommend you to put on clothes according to the weather condition and the season.  
Clothes should be lightweight and comfortable, sportswear and sports shoes are best suited. We recommend you to dress like for a walk. 
In sunny weather, sunglasses and a cap are obligatory.  
If during an air excursion you have a landing with a walk, put on comfortable sports shoes.  
If fishing trip is included it’s recommended to take rubber boots with you.
